Shipments and returns
Your pack shipment
Orders are processed after receipt of payment and are shipped via UPS or USPS with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by UPS Extra with the required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to the total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.
Garment shipping packages are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
Most orders will ship out within 3-7 business days of ordering. Your order will be shipped Standard Service. Once shipped, orders are generally received within 7-14 business days. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, www.custom360prints.com cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.
Standard / USPS - Arrives 3-7 business days from the shipped date.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number.
Returns
Custom orders are not returnable once you have approved the proof in which you authorize the printing of the design of apparel or non-apparel item.
Please inspect all items received prior to wearing.
If the item you received is damaged due to the manufacturing of the garment it may be returned but only by following the following steps:
Please submit a photo of the damaged garment by issuing a trouble ticket.
The garment should have not been washed or worn. A customer team member will instruct you on how to return the garment if necessary and we will issue a replacement.
